Housing and Equipment
This package provides a thorough assessment of the client’s home environment in the context of their usual activities of daily living. The occupational therapist examines the full breadth of a daily routine, right from getting out of bed in the morning to getting back at night.

UKTS can analyse and project manage home alterations to support functional independence and reduced risk
Often when something goes wrong the environment disables us and inhibits our ability to function independently.
We regularly order adaptations such as grab rails, ramps, banisters and altered steps to support daily living, as well as more major adaptations such as installation of ground floor toilets/bathrooms, stair lifts & wet rooms.
If required we can project manage these works to ensure that the specified requirements are met.
As a skill at the core of occupational therapy practice we have therapists who can respond quickly without compromising on quality.
